Als erfolgreicher Product Manager gestaltest Du aktiv die Zukunft von hypcloud mit, schaffst neue, innovative Features und Produkte an der Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Sales & Execution Team und unserem Softwareentwickler Team und ​stehst ​im Austausch mit unseren Nutzern, um unsere Software kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Deine Aufgaben
hypcloud steht für eine einzigartige Kombination aus intelligenten Softwarelösungen und tiefem Finanzierungs-Know-how. Als Produktmanager gestaltest Du diese Kombination aktiv mit, indem Du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Tech, Sales und unseren Nutzern arbeitest. Die Rolle bietet die spannende Möglichkeit, ein Produktmanagement aufzubauen, das auf die SaaS-unterstützte B2B-Immobilienfinanzierung zugeschnitten ist.
 
  • Du trägst zur Vision und dem strategischen Fahrplan für das Produkt in Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern und dem Team bei.
  • Du führst Wettbewerbsvergleiche durch und hältst Dich über Entwicklungen in der Branche und Best Practices auf dem Laufenden.
  • Du definierst und verbesserst Geschäfts- und Produktprozesse mit dem Fokus auf die Schaffung eines echten Mehrwerts für unsere Kunden, die Markttauglichkeit des Produkts und die Generierung von Umsatz.
  • Du leitest Anforderungen für bestehende und neue App-Funktionalitäten zur Unterstützung dieser Prozesse ab.
  • Du priorisierst Funktionalitäten auf der Grundlage von Daten und Analysen über Nutzerbedürfnisse und -verhalten.
  • Du arbeitest mit Nutzern und den Design- und Entwicklungsteams zusammen, um Produktversionen zu erstellen, zu testen und zu iterieren und das Nutzererlebnis zu verbessern.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Programmierern bei der Entwicklung von User Stories, der Definition von Sprints und der Überprüfung des Entwicklungsfortschritts zusammen.
  • Du managst Releases und beziehst Marketing, Sales, Operations und andere Teammitglieder ein, um die Einführung neuer Releases zu einem Erfolg zu machen.
  • Du bewertest die eingeführten Funktionalitäten anhand vordefinierter KPIs und kommunizierst die Produktperformance, den Entwicklungsfortschritt, die Herausforderungen und Handlungsmöglichkeiten an das Management.
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über mehr als 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Produktmanager.
  • Du verstehst Webtechnologien und bist sicher im Umgang mit Softwareentwicklungsmethoden.
  • Du hast eine systemorientierte Denkweise und eine strukturierte Herangehensweise an Probleme.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du kommunizierst klar, authentisch und zielgruppenorientiert mit Anwendern, Sales, Marketing, Programmierern und anderen Stakeholdern.
  • Du bist neugierig und hast die Bereitschaft, zu lernen und Wissen zu teilen.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für das Produkt und lässt Dich an dessen Erfolg messen.
  • Du hast den Antrieb und die Leidenschaft, etwas Neues zu schaffen, und den Wunsch, in der dynamischen Umgebung eines Startups zu arbeiten.
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrungen im Finanzdienstleistungs- oder Immobiliensektor gesammelt.

As a successful Product Manager, you will actively shape the future of hypcloud, create new, innovative features and products at the interface between our Sales & Execution Team and our Software Development Team and communicate with our users to continuously improve our software.

Your mission
hypcloud stands for a unique combination of intelligent software solutions and deep financing expertise. As a Product Manager, you will actively shape that combination by working at the intersection between Tech, Sales and our users. The role provides the exciting opportunity to establish a product management setup tailored for SaaS-enabled B2B real estate financing.

  • Contribute to the vision and strategic roadmap for the product, in collaboration with the founders and team.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and stay up to date with the developments in the industry and best practices.
  • Define and continuously enhance business and product processes with a focus on creating real value for our clients, achieving product-market-fit and generating revenue.
  • Derive requirements for app features to support these processes.
  • Prioritise features based on data and research on user needs and behaviour.
  • Engage with users and the design and development teams to create, test and iterate versions of the product and refine the user experience.
  • Work closely with engineers, in developing user stories, defining sprints, and challenging development progress.
  • Manage releases, engage in marketing, sales, operations, and other stakeholders wherever it is needed to make their launch a success.
  • Assess the performance of the features in production against pre-defined KPIs, and communicate product performance, progress, challenges and opportunities to stakeholders.
Your profile
  • You have more than 3 years of prior experience working as a Product Manager.
  • You understand web technologies at a high level and have confidence in working with software development methodologies.
  • You have a system-oriented mind and a structured approach to problems.
  • You speak fluently in English and German (written & spoken).
  • You communicate clearly, authentically and target group-oriented with users, sales, marketing, engineers and other stakeholders.
  • You are curious by nature and have a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
  • You take full responsibility for the product and measure yourself in terms of its success.
  • You have the drive and passion to create something new and the desire to work in the fast-paced environment of a startup.
  • Ideally, you have some experience in financial services or the real estate sector.

About us
The Berlin-based technology company hypcloud was founded in 2017. The digital platform of the same name offers real estate developers and investors access to suitable lenders and a web-based software application that supports the entire financing process in a user-friendly manner.
 
Lenders receive financing requests selected and pre-screened for them via hypcloud. In doing so, hypcloud combines software-based solutions with the advice and structuring experience of our financing experts, from the initial contact to the closing of a transaction.
 
Through a network of more than 430 lenders, hypcloud covers senior financing as well as mezzanine and subordinated financing for all common real estate asset classes and project sizes between 5 million and 60 million euros.
